Shipping Policy

Thank you for visiting LAND4X4 Shopping. Below are the terms and conditions of our shipping policy.

We value all our customers and ensure that orders are delivered to our customers as quickly as possible.

Please note:

1、We use a courier agent platform that includes most major courier companies. The system selects the most cost-effective courier based on the delivery distance and price.

2、Prompt pick-up of goods upon arrival is required, Pick-up must be completed within 3 days and if there is a delay beyond 2 days, the  warehouse may charge a late fee, which will be borne by the buyer.

3、When purchasing multiple sets of a product, the displayed shipping cost may reflect the cost for a single set. Please contact us to adjust the shipping cost accurately, and shipment will proceed only after the correct shipping cost has been received.

4. Shipping Address Options: We offer three shipping options—residential address, business address, and depot pickup. Please ensure you select the correct address type. If the wrong address is chosen (e.g., selecting a business address when it is actually a residential address), the shipment will be rejected. Orders will only be shipped once the correct address has been updated and any applicable shipping cost difference has been paid.

5. Business Address Requirements: A forklift is required for deliveries to a business address. If a forklift is unavailable, please select the depot pickup option instead. (If a forklift is not available, the courier company may charge an additional handling fee, which will be the recipient’s responsibility.)

6. Self-Arranged Freight: If you prefer to arrange your own freight, please contact us—we are happy to assist with the shipping process.

Note: A $50 packing fee per item applies for palletized packaging when using your own freight company. 

Order Shipping Times

All orders will be processed within 2-3 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once the order is picked up. The time your order takes to arrive depends on weather conditions and your location.

During peak order volumes or holidays, shipping may experience delays. If your order experiences a significant shipping delay, we will contact you via email or phone.

Shipping Delays

Shipping time starts from the date of dispatch, not the order date, and may take longer than expected due to invalid addresses, customs clearance procedures, or other reasons.

Payment Confirmation

Once your order is authorized and verified, a confirmation email will be sent to you. Once payment is verified, the order cannot be canceled or changed within this time frame. However, we will make every effort to accommodate your requests.
